Training Overview

Each week, you'll participate in group sessions led by our expert psychologists, exploring the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a Cognitive Behavioral framework. Between sessions, homework assignments extend your learning and provide opportunities to practice new skills in real-world scenarios.

With access to the Obimon EDA device, you can monitor your progress and receive immediate feedback on your stress levels. This innovative approach allows for a personalized training experience, enabling you to adjust your practice as needed and see tangible results in your ability to manage anxiety and stress.
